Product details
Carbon-fibre tripod
- The Leofoto LS-324CEX Ranger tripod has four-section carbon-fibre legs with twist locks and tube diameters of 32, 28, 25 and 22 mm.
- An integrated levelling base tilts approximately ±15° to level the camera on uneven ground without adjusting the legs. The base has a 3/8-inch mounting screw.
- Published dimensions vary by measurement basis: tripod-only listings give a maximum height of approximately 1,520–1,526 mm, a minimum height of 100–125 mm and a folded length of 545–560 mm. Kit figures list a maximum height of 1,610 mm and a folded length of 650 mm.
- Tripod load-capacity figures vary between listings: 10 kg for the LS-324CEX tripod and 15 kg for the kit.
BV-10 fluid video head
- The BV-10 head provides 360° panning and tilt movement from +90° to −75°.
- It has a 60 mm flat base, a 3/8-inch tripod mount and an Arca-Swiss-compatible quick-release clamp.
- The pan handle is reversible for left- or right-side operation.
- The head has a maximum payload of 5 kg and a balance load of 4 kg. Its weight is approximately 700 g.
Use and included components
This kit is suitable for video and panoramic shooting, and for compatible camera or spotting-scope setups. It includes the LS-324CEX tripod, BV-10 fluid head, Arca-Swiss quick-release plate, pan handle, multi-tool/Allen keys, carry bag and tripod spikes. Some kit listings also specify a separate head bag.
