Commlite Canon EF to Canon EF-M Bayonet Adapter with Electronic Transfer

This adapter enables the use of Canon EF and EF-S system lenses on Canon EF-M (EOS M) mount cameras. It mounts onto the camera body bayonet similarly to a lens, and the lens is then attached to the adapter bayonet.

The adapter features an electronic circuit and contacts that facilitate communication between the camera and lens. This supports autofocus motor operation, aperture control, information transfer, and optional image stabilization within the lens.

Focus and aperture can be controlled automatically by the camera, while manual mode parameters can be adjusted using the camera body buttons. When a Canon system lens is attached via this adapter, the camera fully recognizes the lens, supporting autofocus, iris control, and stabilization functions.
