The KENKO HD DGX 1.4X teleconverter features genuine Gate Array IC (Integrated Circuitry) that maintains signal integrity between the camera body and lens. It uses a 3 to 5-element optical design with high-quality multi-coated glass to ensure excellent image quality.
This teleconverter has updated circuitry to accurately record EXIF data, including equivalent aperture and focal length when used with the lens.
