The Panasonic DMW-STC20 teleconverter fits Panasonic's cameras and lenses with L-mount, in other words the S-system. It increases the lens's focal length by 1.4x, which turns a 70-200mm to a 140-400mm. At the same time, the lens maximum aperture decreases with 2 stops, which means that f/4 becomes f/8.
The converter is mounted between the lens and camera and provides full support for all electronic communications, such as auto focus, aperture control and image stabilization. It is also weatherproof with rubber gaskets that prevent moisture and dust from penetrating.
NOTE: Can be used with Panasonic Lumix S Pro 70-200mm f/4 O.I.S. (S-R70200) but the lens must first be updated to the latest firmware version.
