The Tilta Hydra Articulating Car Mounting System is a rugged and stable solution with electronic suction cups and a heavy-duty design. It features a 75mm ball head with both Manfrotto and Arca compatibility, articulating arms for unique angles, and a remarkable 44 lbs payload capacity for professional cinema setups.
This system is designed for capturing unique camera angles both inside and outside of a vehicle. Its central foundation features three 6-inch electronic suction cups that utilize battery power to automatically increase suction in the event of a leak, providing an extra layer of security. The 75mm bowl head has a low center of gravity and supports 15 degrees of horizontal adjustment. It is compatible with both Manfrotto and Arca quick-release plates, allowing it to support a wide range of mirrorless and lightweight cinema cameras with or without cages. Each of the three included heavy-duty articulating arms is made from a high-strength aluminum alloy and stainless steel, with a maximum carrying capacity of 17.5 lbs and a reversible locking knob for convenient use. The combined system supports a total payload of up to 44 lbs (20 kg). Despite its robust construction, the system remains lightweight at 14.4 lbs and comes with a soft carrying case for easy transport.
