The SmallRig 4538 HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit is specifically designed for Sony Alpha 7R V, Alpha 7 IV, and Alpha 7S III cameras. It facilitates low angle shooting and offers robust protection for the camera body, while providing numerous attachment points for various accessories.

Self-Developed Quick Release Design

The patented HawkLock quick release system integrates a cold shoe, NATO rail, and Arca-Swiss mount. This design, compatible with HawkLock eco accessories, ensures a solid, immovable connection with no false positioning. It allows one-push loading and release-to-lock operation, enhancing assembly and disassembly efficiency.

Comfort and Versatility

The top handle is ergonomically designed for comfortable carrying and facilitates low angle shooting. It includes multiple mounting options such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 mounting holes, cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, and quick-detach (QD) socket supports. These accommodate handles, microphones, LED lights, monitors, and other accessories.

Cable Clamp

Located on the left side of the cage and secured with a 1/4"-20 screw, the HDMI cable clamp prevents cable sagging and secures cables with a thumbscrew to protect camera interfaces and maintain stable signal transmission. Additionally, the cage features holes on both sides for attaching hand straps.
