Comprehensive Camera Protection and Secure Mounting

Designed specifically for Nikon Z5, Z5II, Z6, Z6II, Z7, and Z7II cameras, this cage provides full protection while maintaining access to all camera buttons, ports, flip screen, and battery compartment. It employs a three-point locking system using one bottom 1/4"-20 screw and two side M2.5 screws to firmly secure the camera and prevent twisting. Built-in pads protect the camera body from scratches.

Accessory Mounting Options

The cage includes a detachable cold shoe mount with an anti-twist locating pin, attachable to 1/4"-20 locating holes on the sides and top of the cage. The left side integrates a HawkLock quick release NATO rail for rapid attachment and removal of side handles and other accessories. Additionally, a 1/4"-20 locating hole on the side supports mounting of single rod clamps, magic arms, and side handles.

Strap and Carrying Features

Shoulder strap slots are designed to allow carrying the camera with the lens facing downward to prevent damage.

Bottom Features and Compatibility

The bottom of the cage features a built-in HawkLock Arca-Swiss quick release plate, enabling direct mounting on Arca-type tripods and DJI RS series gimbals (including RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 4 Mini). This facilitates quick transitions between stabilizer, handheld, and tripod setups.

For extended shooting time, the cage can be paired with V-mount battery plates and V-mount batteries. A built-in double-head wrench at the bottom simplifies assembly and disassembly.
