SmallRig 6900 Standard Cage Kit for iPhone 18 Pro

The cage kit includes a 67mm Attachable Filter Backplate and a SmallRig Adapter with Cold Shoe Mount for SR-MicroSlide. The iPhone mounts directly into the cage.

Accessory Mounting

SmallRig’s patented SR-MicroSlide rail system runs around the cage, allowing compatible accessories to be attached and repositioned. It supports cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, Arca-Swiss plate adapters, handles and other accessories for mounting tripods, microphones, monitors and lights. Multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded holes provide additional options for professional accessory expansion. The cage retains classic quick-release interfaces and is compatible with the HawkLock H11 ecosystem.

Optional backplates, available separately, include a T-Mount Lens Backplate, a 17mm Lens Backplate and a 67mm Threaded Filter Backplate.

Design and Protection

The open-back design leaves the iPhone’s MagSafe attachment area fully exposed and helps optimize heat dissipation during shooting. The cage does not obstruct the phone’s buttons, ports, ultra-wide camera or wireless charging area. Its cover-plate design balances convenient installation with secure operation, helping reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops once the phone is secured.

Made from aluminium alloy, the cage provides all-around protection and helps absorb shocks and prevent scratches. Wrist-strap and shoulder-strap holes at all four corners accept professional straps with a cord diameter of less than 2 mm, helping keep hands free between shots.
