The Caruba Sony NP-FW50 Full Decoding Dummy Battery + F970 Battery Gusset (spring cable) is designed for specific Sony cameras or compatible accessories to provide power through a NP-L serie battery like the NP-F970, NP-F750 and NP-F550. Ideal for use in a studio or long-lasting shoots on location. The external power is secured against short-circuiting and overcharging.

The Caruba Sony NP-FW50 Full Decoding Dummy Battery is provided with a NP-F serie battery plate that can be mounted to the bottom of the camera or a rig. Or mount it to the hot shoe of the camera through the included cold shoe adapter. The cable has a length of 35-120cm
