In addition to the HDMI input, the "S" versions also offer 4x 3G-SDI inputs/outputs and are therefore ideal additions to e.g. ATEM SDI/SDI Pro/SDI Extreme ISO overheads.
Of course, the Quad View function is available to display all four SDI inputs.
