A camera custom key can be assigned to display flash parameters, allowing adjustments while looking through the viewfinder and holding the camera. Flash parameters are shown in the selected camera display language.
Direct Output Adjustment for Quick Operation
Dedicated light output level buttons (LEVEL -/+ buttons) allow direct control of light output and flash compensation for fast, efficient operation. The light output of other wirelessly paired flash units can also be adjusted similarly, enabling a smooth, stress-free workflow.
Radio Wireless Operation for Versatile Shooting
The HVL-F28RMA supports stable radio wireless communication. One unit can function as a commander mounted on a compatible camera and paired with a second off-camera HVL-F28RMA unit acting as a receiver. Radio communication provides reliable connectivity over longer distances than optical communication, even in bright sunlight or with obstacles between camera and subject. As a flash commander, the HVL-F28RMA can control up to 15 flash and/or receiver units in 5 groups at distances up to 35 meters for exceptional lighting control versatility.
