Product details

FNIRSI 1014D 2-in-1 oscilloscope signal generator

The FNIRSI 1014D is a compact digital oscilloscope designed for electronic service, research and development departments, technical education, and hobbyists. It allows simultaneous analysis and signal generation, significantly increasing the range of applications when diagnosing circuits, testing prototypes, or learning to work with waveforms. The device has two input channels with 1 M impedance and supports a bandwidth of 100 MHz at 1GSa/s sampling. A 7-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 800x480 px facilitates operation. Auto-analysis, FFT, X-Y mode, and cursor recording are possible. There is also a 1GB internal memory with the ability to store up to 1,000 waveforms and 1,000 screenshots, and data can be easily exported to a computer via USB.

Fast signal analysis

A high sampling rate of 1GSa/s and a bandwidth of 100 MHz enable detailed analysis of analog and digital signals. This allows the device to catch even short-term anomalies in the waveform. Trigger modes include Auto, Single, and Normal, allowing the device to capture both interference pulses and regular analog signals, such as sinusoids.

Built-in DDS generator

The integrated DDS signal generator supports 14 standard waveforms (including sine, rectangle, sawtooth, triangle), with precise frequency adjustment in 1 Hz increments. The solution used allows generating signals with accurate parameters for testing and simulation. The output frequency range reaches up to 10 MHz (for sine wave), which allows testing a wide range of electronic and signal circuits.

Waveform capture function

The capture output function allows you to save part or all of the actual waveform from the oscilloscope as the generator's output signal. The ability to store up to 1,000 custom signals increases flexibility in testing and analysis. This solution distinguishes the FNIRSI 1014D from classic arbitrary generators, which rely solely on manual signal adjustment.

Overvoltage protection

An integrated high-voltage protection module allows the device to safely measure signals up to 400V (with x10 probe), reducing the risk of damage to the device during measurements in mains-powered systems. The protection function works automatically, so accidental use of the probe without switching to x10 does not risk damaging the equipment.

High readability display

The 7-inch TFT color screen with 800x480 pixel resolution provides a clear representation of waveforms. Auto mode and an intuitive interface allow you to quickly get an image of the signal without manual adjustment. Thanks to an intelligent detection algorithm, the device automatically adjusts the trigger level even for waveforms with multiple slopes or the so-called dead zone. Such a solution saves time and avoids interpretation errors. The oscilloscope can store up to 1,000 screenshots and 1,000 waveforms in its 1GB internal memory. The data can be viewed as thumbnails, which facilitates quick viewing and selection. The interface allows users to zoom in, delete, and export records without exiting review mode.

Signal analysis functions

The built-in FFT function and X-Y waveform display mode allow you to analyze harmonics and compare the amplitudes and phase shifts of two signals. These are useful tools in the diagnosis of electronic circuits. In addition, the manual cursor measurement mode makes it possible to read the peak value and frequency without the need to recalculate the scale, which increases the precision of analysis even in distorted waveforms. The device uses a special algorithm for decoding the dial signal, eliminating the problem of erroneous readings caused by oxidation or wear of the mechanism. Even when the encoder is damaged, the oscilloscope works correctly.
