Product Description
The Yongnuo YN1200 is a compact, high-power LED lamp designed for illuminating large film sets in both studio and outdoor environments.
Light Panel and Color Temperature
The lamp features a light panel composed of 1,200 high-performance LEDs, split evenly between 600 LEDs at 3200 K and 600 LEDs at 5500 K. This configuration allows smooth adjustment of both light intensity and color temperature between 3200 K and 5500 K. The emitted light has a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of over 95, ensuring natural and accurate color reproduction.
Light Control and Modifiers
Precise control over light direction and quality is enabled by integrated gates and magnetically attached light modifiers. Included are a milky diffuser that softens the light and reduces harsh shadows, and an orange CTO filter that produces a warmer light tone. Both modifiers also provide additional protection for the light panel. The lamp is protected against overheating by an effective ventilation system.
Control Options
The YN1200 can be controlled via a control panel on the back of the unit, wirelessly with a remote control, or through a mobile app using Bluetooth. Wireless control supports grouping multiple lamps for simultaneous parameter adjustments within a range of up to 15 meters.
Power Supply and Mounting
Power can be supplied either by a 19 V / 5 A mains adapter or by four NP-F series lithium-ion batteries, making the lamp suitable for both studio and field use. The lightweight design (1030 g without accessories) and a 1/4" female tripod mount allow for handheld operation or tripod mounting.
