The SmallRig 3150 Cold Shoe Mount & Tripod Kit is made for Sony A6000 / A6100 / A6300 / A6400 / A6500. It contains the SmallRig 2342 Cold Shoe Adapter and SmallRig 2429 Aluminium Mini Tripod.

SmallRig 2342 Cold Shoe Adapter (Left Side) for Sony A6000/A6300/A6400/A6500
The SmallRig 2342 Cold Shoe Adapter (Left Side) is designed to relocate the camera original hot shoe to the left side for a microphone with no obstruction to the tilt screen. It maintains the flashlight of camera access and comes with a strap hole for shoulder strap. 

SmallRig 2429 Aluminium Mini Tripod
The SmallRig 2429 Aluminium Mini Tripod is manufactured from aluminum and stainless steel and can hold up to 10kg. It features a ball head which supports 360° panoramic rotation, -40°/+40° front tilt and -90°/+40° lateral tilt for multi-angle adjustment. The 1/4-20 screw on the top ensures the tripod fits most devices with 1/4-20 threaded holes.
