The design of the optical Samyang 21mm F1.4 ED AS UMC CS has aperture value of F1.4. Thanks to it, and a minimum focusing distance 0,28m interesting approximation can be performed while maintaining a larger perspective. The optical design is made up of 8 lenses arranged in 7 groups, including three aspherical lenses and one element of low dispersion. The control light transmission and elimination of reflections correspond excellent and proven anti-reflection coatings Ultra-Multi Coating (UMC). < br />
Specifications almost circular aperture creates a 9 letters that combined with maximum aperture F1.4 are able to offer a very flexible approach with a beautiful cinematic depth of field. Lens construction is solid and compact and thanks to a very light aluminum alloys. Attached to the visor assembly to prevent the ingress of acute and side light into the lens.
