The Viltrox AF 15mm f/1.7 Z is a fast and lightweight wide-angle prime lens designed for Nikon Z mount APS-C cameras. Featuring a bright f/1.7 maximum aperture and an STM autofocus motor, it excels in low-light conditions and close-up photography. Its compact design and advanced optical elements deliver sharp, high-contrast images with smooth bokeh.
This high-performance lens offers a full-frame equivalent focal length of 22.5mm, making it ideal for challenging lighting situations and creating a shallow depth of field with impressive bokeh effects. The optical construction consists of twelve elements in ten groups, including three ED (extra-low dispersion), three HR (high refraction), and two aspherical lenses. These elements effectively reduce flare, ghosting, and aberrations, ensuring enhanced contrast and sharpness.
