Send passport photos securely and AVG-proof to your customers. With Secured Cloud Storage from Pixel-Tech, you can upload a passport photo with just one click. It automatically creates a printout with a QR code and link for your customer to upload the passport photo to participating governments. Customers can also download the passport photo themselves. This service is fully AVG-proof and reliable, and it requires a valid license of ID Photos Pro.

Application of Secured Cloud Storage

Many countries allow the digital upload of passport photos, covering over 40 different documents, including visas and passports. Customers can upload their photos using the link and QR code provided on the printout. Note that no Secured Cloud Storage is needed for delivering passport photos digitally for the Dutch driving license, as ID Photos Pro has a connection with the RDW (via Phocs).

Photos for Personal Use

Due to AVG legislation, you cannot send photos via email, as passport photos are considered personal data. Email is not secure enough for this purpose. Secured Cloud Storage provides a solution; through the link on the print, customers can download the photo as a .JPG file to their computer.

Secured Cloud Storage is activated remotely during business hours after payment is received, taking a maximum of 2 hours.
