SCS (Secured Cloud Storage) is a secured storage solution from Pixel Tech, which allows you to send passport photos safely and GDPR-proof to customers. SCS can only be used in combination with an active ID Photos Pro subscription for updates.

Usage Secured Cloud Storage

Since the GDPR legislation is in force, you may not simply send photos by email. In practice, email is not reliable and safe enough to ensure that the ID photo can only be opened by the legitimate recipient. SCS works differently: at the touch of a button you create a print with a unique website link. When the customer enters it at home in his browser, he can safely download the photo.

For residents of the United Kingdom, SCS can generate a code for requesting an ePassport.

After your order has been processed, SCS (during office hours) is activated within a few hours.

Send passport photos securely and AVG-proof to your customers. With Secured Cloud Storage from Pixel-Tech, you upload a passport photo with 1 click of a button. It then automatically creates a printout with a QR code and link. Your customer uploads the passport photo to participating governments. Your customer can also download the passport photo himself. Fully AVG-proof and reliable. You use Secured Cloud Storage in combination with a valid license of ID Photos Pro.

Application Secured Cloud Storage

Many countries offer the option of uploading passport photos digitally. This concerns more than 40 different documents, including visas and passports. Your customer does the uploading themselves, using the link and QR code provided on the printout. No Secured Cloud Storage is required to deliver passport photos digitally for the Dutch driving license. ID Photos Pro does have a link with the RDW (via Phocs).

Photos for personal use

Since the AVG legislation is in effect, you may not just send photos by email. This is because passport photos fall into the category of "personal data. In practice, e-mail is not reliable and secure enough. Secured Cloud Storage has a solution for that as well. Through the link on the print you give to the customer, the customer downloads the photo as a .JPG file on a computer.

During business hours, Secured Cloud Storage is activated remotely after we receive your payment. This takes a maximum of 2 hours.
