Product details
Hoya Protector filters are colorless filters designed for use with both color and black and white films, as well as digital cameras. They serve as permanent lens protectors without affecting the color balance or optical performance of your lenses.
Key Features
- Protects lenses from dirt, knocks, and scratches during constant use, preventing expensive front element damage.
- Specifically designed for digital camera CCD or CMOS sensors, which are highly susceptible to reflections that can degrade image quality.
- Multi-coated with Hoya HMC (Hoya Multi-Coating) to minimize reflections on filter surfaces, reducing flare and ghosting in photographs.
- Equipped with a black matte aluminum satin finish frame that reduces reflections and glare.
- Black-rimmed glass edges reduce the chance of light reflecting off the filter edge.
- Ultra-thin filter frames help avoid vignetting on super wide-angle lenses and are designed to hold a lens cap securely.
- Features a straight knurling edge for non-slip, easy attachment and removal.
- Filter cases are UV protected to extend the life of the filters.
