The NiSi Black Mist Filters are available in 3 different strengths: 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 (1/2 is most effect and 1/8 is just a small effect)
Many strategies have been developed for softening or diffusing images to create that special “atmosphere” by softening excess sharpness and contrast.
Key specifications
- Creates a soft, pastel-like quality of light
- Has an extra layer of black specks
- Provides little loss of details across the image compared to traditional diffusion filters
- The frame is made of brass which makes it easy to screw on an off your lens.
- Available sizes: 49, 67, 72, 77 and 82mm in 3 different strengths: 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8
