Functionality and Compatibility

The 3 Legged Thing Ellie Universal L-Bracket is the world's first truly universal L-bracket, designed to overcome the limitations of ordinary universal L-brackets in both functionality and compatibility. It is the most functional, modular, and configurable L-bracket available, featuring a detachable release plate that can be used independently or with the vertical aspect.

Its vertical axis includes dual Arca-Swiss profile sides and symmetrical 1/4"-20 threaded ends, allowing it to be configured in 8 different positions. This design provides enhanced cable access and unprecedented compatibility.

Modular System

The Ellie system is a world-first in modular camera brackets, combining a reversible and rotatable vertical aspect with one of four precision base units. It is the only L-bracket system compatible with both Peak Design and Arca-Swiss standards. With two-axis adjustments, Ellie fits more cameras than any other universal L-bracket, offering an exceptional level of functionality.

2. ELLIE SHORT

• 70 mm base designed specifically for Fujifilm and Olympus cameras or any camera with a tripod mount close to the battery door
• Includes screen slope and strap connectors

3. ELLIE PD

• Same as the original Ellie but with a shoe compatible with the Peak Design V3 Capture system
• Also compatible with Arca-Swiss
• Includes screen slope and strap connector

4. ELLIE PD SHORT

• Combination of Ellie Short and Ellie PD features
• 70 mm base compatible with both Peak Design V3 Capture and Arca-Swiss
• Designed for Fujifilm, Olympus, or cameras with tripod mounts near the battery door
