The Manfrotto MSY0580A Dado Kit (6 Rods) is a 7.6 cm aluminum modular junction system featuring one red sphere with six 3/8"-16 female ports and six black 3" rods. This kit transforms any clamp or stand into a multi-point rig for lights, mics, flags, or modifiers in a compact, professional-grade package.

The Dado Kit creates a 360 multi-arm hub from a single stand or Super Clamp. The red aluminum sphere has six 3/8"-16 female sockets arranged in a precise geometric pattern, accepting the included six black 3" (7.6 cm) rods, each with 3/8"-16 female threads on both ends. You can stack additional Dado rods, Magic Arms, or spigots to mount LEDs, lav mics, gobos, or reflectors in any orientation.
