The MVH500AH is a lightweight, compact fluid video head designed for HDSLR cameras and interchangeable lens systems. It features a wider platform with a sliding plate that allows quick balancing of camera setups up to 5 kg. This head replaces the Manfrotto 701HDV and is part of the Bridging Technology™ range.

• Professional fluid cartridges on both pan and tilt axes ensure smooth, controlled, and precise camera movements.
• Panoramic rotation of 360° and front tilt range from -70° to +90°.

Efficient and Safe Operation

• Side lock system enables quick camera and sliding quick release plate attachment from above without the need for alignment from the back.
• No secondary safety lock required, simplifying camera mounting and removal.

Counterbalance and Payload

• Pre-set counterbalance of 2.4 kg supports smooth tilt control.
• Maximum payload capacity of 5 kg (11 lbs) suitable for professional camera equipment.

Connectivity and Mounting

• Equipped with one Easy Link 3/8" connector for attaching external monitors or accessories.
