The HD PENTAX-DA AF 1.4X AW Rear Converter mounts between the camera body and lens, providing a 40% increase in focal length while maintaining a compact form factor of only 20 mm length. This lightweight design allows photographers to reach distant subjects more easily without compromising the lens's minimum focusing distance, enabling detailed close-up images.
Note: Using this converter reduces the lens maximum aperture by 1 stop.
