The Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K is the world's smallest Ultra HD live studio camera, designed specifically for live production environments. It delivers full Ultra HD resolution and supports both HD and Ultra HD video formats. The camera can be fully controlled remotely via SDI control protocol from compatible switchers.

Live Multi-Camera Production
Its small size and open design make it ideal for multi-camera live productions such as reality TV, concerts, sports, and news. The camera can be discreetly placed or flown overhead to capture unique angles, enabling more dynamic and engaging programming.
Robust and Flexible Design
Constructed with a durable magnesium alloy body, the camera is compact—only slightly larger than the lens mount. It supports high-performance MFT lenses and traditional broadcast lenses via adapters. The 6G-SDI output supports Ultra HD up to 2160p30 and HD up to 1080p60. The program return input allows remote control of camera settings including color balance, black level, gamma, focus, iris, and zoom through the SDI connection.

Image Sensor and Lens Mount
The camera includes a broadcast-grade Ultra HD sensor (13.056mm × 7.344mm) delivering exceptional clarity and fine detail. The MFT lens mount supports active lenses with remote control capabilities via SDI or expansion port. Lens adapters allow use of B4 broadcast lenses or feature film PL lenses.
