Preparation

• Developer (1+4) 260ml + 740ml water = 1L
• Bleach (stock) 1000ml = 1L ready to use
• Fixer (1+1) 500ml + 500ml water = 1L
• Rod (1+99) 10ml + 990ml water = 1L

Alternative Process

This process does not require excessive or particularly precise temperature control.

Temperature Maintenance

Modern plastic development tanks can maintain temperature quite well. Thermal shock usually occurs due to the contact between the pre-heated solution and the film at environmental temperature. The purpose of pre-heating baths is to ensure that both the film and the tank are adequately warmed to avoid temperature shocks after pouring in the developer. Additionally, while the temperature should be as uniform as possible, a difference of 2-3C can still yield good results if the average temperature is between 37.8-38C.

Film Development Capacity

The kit includes all necessary chemicals to develop 12-20 135/36 films*, using diluted solutions within no more than 5 weeks.

*If used within 7-10 days and stored in dark bottles, it is possible to develop up to 20 films. For greater efficiency, we recommend developing 2-4 films at the same time.
