When a batch of products awaiting personalization is waiting on the table, the pace of work becomes as important as the precision of the design. The Longer Nano Pro 12 W combines a galvo system with a dual diode laser with FAC 450 nm, achieving an engraving speed of up to 5000 mm/s with a precision of 0.01 mm. This means that even small inscriptions and micro-patterns are created quickly without losing the sharpness of detail. The compact design (220 x 162 x 304.5 mm) weighing 3.57 kg and angle adjustment from 0 to 360 degrees (in steps) allow you to work on both flat elements and spatial objects. This allows you to mark series of gadgets, personalize products, or prepare prototypes in a workshop, at a trade show, or in a mobile studio.

More projects in less time

Beam scanning by the galvanometer eliminates X/Y axis movement during engraving, so the head does not waste time accelerating and decelerating the mechanics. At speeds of 5000 mm/s, the engraving is created in a time that would take many times longer in classic designs. In practice, this means that you can mark entire batches of key rings, plates, or model parts in a single cycle, instead of waiting for subsequent passes. Consistent quality at high speed ensures pattern repeatability even in series production.

Sharp details across the entire field

The F-theta field lens maintains focus and beam geometry across the entire working area, eliminating distortion at the edges. With an engraving accuracy of 0.01 x 0.01 mm, the pattern remains uniform from the center to the corners without blurring or changing proportions. The 3.3K resolution scanning system provides dense trajectory sampling, allowing for accurate reproduction of fine tonal transitions and micro-details in graphics. This is important when the design covers a large area or has many small elements spread across the entire field. You can prepare nameplates, jewelry details, or miniature graphics and be sure that every fragment will retain the same quality. It is precision that allows you to transfer your design from file to material.

One device for many materials

A 12 W diode laser with a wavelength of 450 nm allows you to both engrave and cut e.g., wood up to 10 mm in a single workstation. The ability to handle materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, metal, and ceramics allows you to carry out a variety of projects without changing equipment. You can go from marking logos on leather to decorative cuts in wood to engraving on anodized metal while maintaining the same configuration. This simplifies the production process and reduces setup time between jobs.

Marking cups and irregular shapes

The 0 to 360 head angle adjustment allows you to engrave on curved, cylindrical, and non-standard surfaces. You can set the beam at the optimal angle to the cup, bottle, or model part without improvised pads and holders. A stable position lock maintains the engraving geometry throughout the entire job, even for larger series. This makes the personalization of unusually shaped items predictable and repeatable.

Mobile work and larger projects after expansion

With dimensions of 220 x 162 x 304.5 mm and a light weight (3.57 kg), you can conveniently move the engraver between your studio, workshop, and sales event. The standard 100 x 100 mm field can be expanded to 100 x 300 mm when the project requires a longer format, but this requires an additional accessory that is not included in the set. Electric height adjustment (lifting bracket) makes it easy to set the focal length for different material thicknesses without manual distancing. After removing the cover and base, the laser module can also operate in manual mode, guided along the surface of the object, which facilitates the marking of large or immovable objects without moving them to the work area.

Precise positioning without material loss

Wi-Fi and USB connectivity and a mobile app allow you to prepare a pattern, send it to the device, and run it directly from your workstation. The Outline and Contour preview at speeds of up to 32,000 mm/s shows the exact trajectory before start-up, so positioning does not require a test engraving. Support for JPG, PNG, BMP, SVG, DXF, and G-code formats, as well as compatibility with LightBurn, LaserGRBL, and LaserBurn, make it easy to work with files from customers and your own projects. The system runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS, allowing you to control it from both your studio computer and your phone at your workstation.

Stable and safe operation in the workshop and on the go

The aluminum alloy body ensures rigidity with low weight, which stabilizes the beam path during fast scanning. The protective cover and glasses included in the set increase protection during operation, and clear LED indicators inform you about the status operation, positioning, pause, or alarm. The focus provided by the infrared laser and height adjustment maintains the correct distance of 151 mm from the surface, which reduces the risk of incorrect positioning. The 12 V 5 A power supply and the possibility of continuous operation for over 7 hours allow for longer series without interruptions.
