The Longer Nano engraver combines a galvo system with a 450 nm diode with an optical power of 6 W, achieving speeds of up to 5000 mm/s with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. This speed is typical for galvo engravers, but it is enclosed in a design created for portability and mobile work. A resolution of 3.3K and a spot size of 0.05 x 0.05 mm allow you to maintain the legibility of fine details even at high beam speeds. The 100 x 100 mm working area and the ability to engrave curved surfaces extend the range of applications from flat elements to cylindrical objects, making it suitable for use at trade fairs, service centers, or directly at customer premises without compromising on quality.

Express Marking and Short Series Production

The galvo system directs the light beam itself instead of moving a heavy head, allowing for instantaneous marking without the delays typical of mechanical movement. At speeds of up to 5000 mm/s, tasks that take significantly longer with conventional engravers can be completed in a single, short operation. With the Longer Nano, you can mark batches of key rings, plates, or product components in a single cycle, reducing the risk of incorrect positioning to a minimum.

Sharp Details and Even Lines Across the Entire Engraving Field

The field lens and dual optics system maintain uniform beam sharpness across the entire working area, minimizing the risk of deformation at the edges. Accuracy to 0.05 mm allows for the reproduction of fine lines, small fonts, and precise ornaments without blurring. As a result, details on metal plates, leather, or ceramics remain sharp regardless of their position in the field. The 3.3K resolution supports smooth tonal transitions and the readability of small graphic elements, ensuring consistent design appearance from the first to the last copy.

Engraving Large and Unusual Objects

The standard 100 x 100 mm field can be extended to 100 x 300 mm with an axis extension (not included, sold separately), allowing you to work on longer items without splitting the design. The 360-degree angle adjustment and manual operation make it easy to adjust the laser position to the surface, enabling marking of long panels, decorative elements, or parts of larger objects without dismantling them.
