Product Description
The Sigma 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports lens is a versatile full-frame mirrorless zoom lens designed for Leica L-mount cameras, also compatible with APS-C models providing an equivalent focal length of 90-900mm. It is ideal for capturing wildlife, sports, portraits, and fast-moving action with exceptional optical performance and speed.
The newly designed HLA focusing motor delivers high-speed, high-precision, and quiet autofocus with excellent subject tracking, perfect for dynamic subjects such as birds in flight or sports action. The dual-action zoom system offers intuitive and quick zoom control either by rotating the zoom ring or by pushing/pulling the lens barrel.
Its advanced Optical Stabilizer system significantly reduces camera shake, enhancing image stabilization by up to seven stops at the wide end and six stops at the telephoto end, enabling sharper handheld shooting.
The optical design incorporates three SLD and two FLD elements to minimize chromatic aberrations and color fringing, while spherical aberrations are controlled for sharpness across the zoom range. The Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting, ensuring high contrast and accurate colors even in challenging lighting conditions.
Durability and usability are enhanced by a water- and oil-repellent coating on the front element, a thermally stable composite body combined with metal parts, and a robust brass bayonet mount. The tripod collar is rotatable and removable, with an Arca-type compatible foot for flexible mounting options.
