The VS-R264 is an AV-over-IP streaming encoder and decoder that supports simultaneous encoding, streaming, recording, and decoding of audio and video content in 4K/UHD or Full HD resolution. It utilizes H.265/HEVC and H.264 video codecs, making it suitable for transmissions over corporate networks, WANs, and live internet streaming with automatic FTP upload of recorded files to network storage.

Supporting open streaming formats and protocols, the VS-R264 is compatible with Content Delivery Networks and online live platforms such as YouTube, Wowza, Ustream, AWS Elemental MediaLive, and CloudFront.
