The Rolux Dual Battery Charger RL-2KS for V-Mount batteries is a professional battery charger designed to charge two batteries simultaneously. It includes a net cable and a 4-pin XLR cable, allowing direct power supply to any videocamera with a 4-pin XLR connection. You can choose to charge one or two V-Mount batteries or provide power to your professional camera.
The charger features two LED indicators: red indicates that the batteries are still charging, orange means they are almost fully charged, and green shows they are fully charged and ready to be removed. To remove the batteries, the charger must be turned off first.
Usage RL-2KS
This RL-2KS battery charger is designed to charge your V-Mount batteries and provide power to your camera. Depending on the V-Mount battery being charged, it operates at approximately 3 to 4 amps. To calculate the charging time for a battery, follow these steps:
- Check the battery case for the amperage, for example, 6.8A.
- Divide this number by 3. For instance, 6.8/3.
- This means it takes approximately 2 hours and 26 minutes to charge the battery.
