With an extended frequency range in the low frequencies and a premium 5 LF driver with Kevlar diaphragm, it delivers incomparably punchier bass than most comparable products with paper or polypropylene diaphragm. Compared to the previous generation, the Activ 08 is tuned by German engineers and delivers a higher quality tweeter section and an overall redesigned crossover circuit. As a result, they gain their position in the professional listening monitor field, which demands professional sound quality.
