Innovative Chassis and Cooling System
Featuring a revolutionary chassis design, the Teranex Mini efficiently dissipates heat generated by the powerful 12G-SDI circuits. Its unique cooling system with silent fans allows multiple units to be installed side-by-side in rack-mount adapters without overheating, making it ideal for studio racks and on-location use.
Integrated Power and Connectivity
- Internal universal power supply supporting 90 - 240 V input.
- Standard professional XLR connectors for balanced audio lines, AES/EBU digital audio, and timecode sources.
- Ethernet port for remote management via Converter Utility software on Windows and Mac OS X.
- Power over Ethernet (PoE) support enables powering the device through the network cable, simplifying installations and providing backup power options.
Optional Smart Panel for Enhanced Control
The base panel can be replaced with the Teranex Mini Smart Panel, which includes a rotary control, color LCD display, and control buttons. This panel provides real-time video and audio monitoring, timecode display, and video standard information, greatly improving user experience and parameter adjustments in live environments.
High-Quality Audio and Video Processing
