General Use UV Filter

The UV filter is a clear, general-purpose filter designed to absorb ultraviolet light without adding coloration or contrast, allowing it to be paired with other filters seamlessly. It also serves as a protective layer for lenses, reducing dust and moisture exposure and providing additional protection against drops and scratches.

Antistatic Coating

Hoya's newly developed Antistatic coating acts like a force field to repel dust, making it ideal for dusty environments and reducing the need for frequent cleaning. The hardened antistatic top-layer is water repellent, stain resistant, scratch resistant, and easy to clean from smudges or fingerprints.

Optical Quality and Construction

The Fusion Antistatic filters are made in Japan from hand-selected silicates, carefully smelted and blended to produce high-performance optical glass. An improved 9-layer Super Multi-coating significantly reduces reflections, ensuring ultra-clear high transmission with virtually no impact on color balance, contrast, or image clarity.
