Capture a wide variety of everyday subjects with the flexible focusing range. With a minimum focusing distance of just 0.3 m (telephoto 0.45 m), you can achieve good close-ups of food and flowers. Linear-motor drive extracts maximum AF performance from the latest full-frame cameras
A Sony linear motor provides fast and precise focusing, and quiet operation in both movie and still-image capture. Combined with the latest α full-frame cameras, you can confidently lock onto even fast-moving subjects using AF functions like Real-time Tracking and Real-time Eye AF.
