The Dual Band filter allows only two wavelengths to pass through to the Vespera sensor: O-III and H-alpha. It is particularly effective for photographing nebulae, dark nebulae, planetary nebulae, and supernova remnants.
A filter specifically studied for Vespera
The Dual Band filter is designed to work seamlessly with Vespera without impacting its optical diameter. It features a transmission curve with 12nm bandwidth in each wavelength (O-III 500.7nm, H-alpha 656.3nm).
Instructions for use
The filter fits easily into the optical arm of Vespera. Connect Vespera to your mobile device to verify proper positioning. The Dual Band filter is not suitable for observing galaxies, the Moon, individual stars, or planets, and is ineffective against LED lighting.
