The SmallRig 4975 Black Mamba Cage for Canon EOS R5 Mark II has been carefully crafted to provide comprehensive protection and a multitude of expansion interfaces for your camera. The cage features a secure locking mechanism with a 1/4 20 screw at the bottom and two side blocks, along with integrated silicone pads to prevent scratches on your camera. Retaining the iconic Black Mamba style, this cage offers full access to all camera buttons and interfaces.

The cage has multiple 1/4 20 and ARRI 3/8 16 threaded holes for attaching accessories such as side handles (ID 2093, 4346), magic arms (ID 3874, 3875), monitor mounts (ID 2904B), Manfrotto baseplates (ID 1280, 2458), L shaped mounting plate kits (ID MD4360) and others.
The top features ARRI mounting holes for expansion with accessories such as top handles (ID 3765), top handles with quick release (ID 4483) and monitor holders (ID 2903B). In addition, the cage features a cold shoe attachment for microphones and lighting accessories.
The cage has regular strap slots compatible with wrist straps (ID 3848, 2456), an innovative strap slot for hanging down for additional lens protection, and a QD interface compatible with QD quick release shoulder straps (ID 4118).
Arca Swiss quick release base plate
The Arca Swiss quick release base plate allows for direct attachment to Arca type tripods (ID 4060, 4353) and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilisers, allowing quick transitions between stabiliser, handheld and tripod setups. In addition, the cage has a magnetic double head key on the bottom for easy assembly and disassembly.
Scratch resistant material
The cage comes with a durable scratch resistant tempered glass screen protector with a surface hardness of 9H and an IK03 shock resistance test.,
