The SmallRig 4978 Cage for Canon EOS R5 Mark II is meticulously designed to offer robust protection and extensive expansion options for your camera. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy, the cage features a one-piece design that ensures seamless protection without obstructing access to the camera's buttons, dials, interfaces, flip screen, battery compartment, or card slot.

Secure Locking Mechanism

  • Three-point locking system with a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two side locating blocks for stable and precise attachment.
  • Integrated silicone pads prevent scratches on the camera body.

Multiple Expansion Interfaces

  • Numerous 1/4"-20 threaded holes and locating holes for mounting accessories such as side handles, magic arms, monitor mounts, Manfrotto base plates, and L-shaped mounting plates.
  • Cold shoe mount for attaching microphones and lighting equipment.
  • Standard strap slots compatible with wrist straps, an innovative downward-hanging strap slot for additional lens protection, and a quick-detach (QD) interface compatible with QD quick-release shoulder straps.

Built-in Arca-Swiss Quick Release Base Plate
