The NiSi Athena Prime 135mm T2.2 RF-Mount lens is part of a versatile cine lens series covering focal lengths from 14mm to 135mm, suitable for a wide range of shooting scenarios from ultra-wide angle to portrait focal lengths.

  • T-stop rating ensures consistent exposure; 135mm lens has a maximum aperture of T2.2.
  • Large 46mm image circle supports full-frame and large-format sensors.
  • Available in multiple mounts including Canon RF, ARRI PL, Sony E, Panasonic/Leica L, and Fuji G.

Proprietary Rear Filtration System

The lens features a Drop-In filter mount system for enhanced creative control. For RF mount, a Drop-In clear filter is required to achieve infinity focus and clear images. NiSi provides a weather-sealed Drop-In filter for protection.

Design and Handling

  • All Athena Prime lenses share similar weight, eliminating the need for gimbal rebalancing when switching lenses.
  • Standard 0.8 mod focus and iris gears ensure compatibility with follow focus and matte box systems.
  • Focus rotation of 300° with fluorescent focus scales in both imperial and metric units for precise focus pulls.
  • 77mm filter thread standard across all lenses except the 14mm.

Additional Features

  • Compatible with NiSi 77mm close-up lens (sold separately) to reduce minimum focus distance and enable macro effects.
