NiSi Athena Prime Cine Lens Set (8 Lenses) L-Mount
The NiSi Athena Prime Cine Lenses offer a comprehensive focal length range from 14mm ultra-wide angle to 135mm portrait, covering diverse shooting scenarios and subjects. These lenses feature consistent T-stop ratings optimized for smooth bokeh effects and reliable exposure control.

Designed with a 46mm image circle, these lenses support full-frame and large-format sensors. They are available in multiple mounts including ARRI PL, Canon RF, Sony E, Panasonic/Leica L, and Fuji G. The lenses deliver ultra-low chromatic aberration and enhanced micro-contrast for superior image quality.
The Athena Prime lenses minimize focus breathing, maintaining a stable field of view when focusing from minimum distance to infinity. A proprietary rear filtration system provides creative flexibility: RF, L, and G mounts utilize Drop-In filters; E-mount options are available with or without Drop-In filters; PL mount uses a rear filter. Note that Sony FX9 cameras cannot use E-mount lenses with Drop-In filters.
Using the Drop-In clear filter on RF, L, G, and E mounts and the rear filter on PL mount is essential to achieve infinity focus and clear images. The Drop-In filter system is weather sealed for durability in professional environments.
All Athena Prime lenses have similar weight, eliminating the need for gimbal rebalancing when switching lenses. Except for the 14mm lens, all share a 77mm filter thread. Aperture and focus rings are standardized across the set, featuring a 300° focus rotation and fluorescent focus scales in both imperial and metric units for precise focus pulls.
Engineered for professional cinematography, these lenses include standard 0.8 mod focus and iris gears compatible with various follow focus and matte box systems. Additionally, a NiSi 77mm close-up lens (sold separately) can be used to reduce minimum focus distance for macro photography effects.
